Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped on the next business day. There is no delivery on weekends or holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipments. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Shipping Charges are as Follows:
For orders shipped to the Continental United States
- SmartShopper - $10.50 per unit via UPS Ground, $20.50 per unit via UPS 2nd Day Air.
- Paper Pack - $2.10 per pack
* Different rates apply for shipments to areas outside the Continental U.S.
For International Shipments:
- SmartShopper - $75.00 per unit via Air Mail
- Paper Pack - $5.99 per pack via Air Mail
Taxes
Customers shipping to Ohio and California will be charged sales tax. The California tax rate will depend on what county they are shipping to.
Return Policy
Units purchased through our website are subject to the SmartShopper Electronics Return Policy. Merchandise may only be returned, if the following conditions are met:
- The unit must have been purchased directly from SmartShopper Electronics through our website or by phone. Otherwise, return it to the store/company where you made the purchase.
- The unit must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The unit, box and all enclosures must still be in the "new" and "unused" state.

Notes: You must pay for the freight to return the SmartShopper. You will be instructed on where to return it by our Technical Assistance Department.
