Return Policy
    Units purchased through our website are subject to the SmartShopper Electronics Return Policy. Only SmartShopper units purchased directly from SmartShopper are eligible for a refund from SmartShopper. Merchandise may only be returned, if the following conditions are met:
  • The unit must have been purchased directly from SmartShopper Electronics through our website or by phone. Otherwise, return it to the store/company where you made the purchase.
  • The unit must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • The unit, box and all enclosures must still be in the "new" and "unused" state.

Notes: You must pay for the freight to return the SmartShopper. You will be instructed on where to return it by our Technical Assistance Department.
