Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped on the next business day. There is no delivery on weekends or holidays. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipments. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Charges are as Follows:

For orders shipped to the Continental United States
• SmartShopper - $13.00 per unit via UPS Ground, $26.00 per unit via UPS 2nd Day Air.
• Paper Pack - $3.00 per pack

* Different rates apply for shipments to areas outside the Continental U.S.

For International Shipments:
• SmartShopper - $75.00 per unit via Air Mail
• Paper Pack - $5.99 per pack via Air Mail

Free Shipping
Free shipping only applies to orders shipped ground within the continental United States.

Taxes
Customers shipping to Ohio and California will be charged sales tax. The tax rate will vary depending on the county being shipped to.
